Bioregional Context

Morocco's diverse geography has long nurtured a rich tradition of artisan crafts, particularly in weaving, dyeing, and metalwork. Artisans often inherit skills through intergenerational transmission, with materials and motifs shaped by local ecologies and histories. In recent decades, global market shifts and urban migration have threatened traditional livelihoods.
